All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted through major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. Orders are processed upon successful payment, and an email confirmation will be sent. Lume Co. reserves the right to cancel or limit order quantities at its discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within fourteen days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return requests should be submitted to [email protected] with the relevant order details.

Lume Co. strives to provide accurate product descriptions, but as our candles are handmade, slight variations in scent and appearance may occur. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or improper use of our products. Customers should follow all provided safety instructions.
